StadiaCare, the UK’s leading managed cleaning services provider for elite sporting venues, has announced its latest ‘reward and recognition’ achievers.
This recognition programme underlines StadiaCare’s commitment to its employees by rewarding those who have played a significant role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the sports venues and training facilities our clients have placed in our care.
The reward and recognition programme has been designed to honour the hard work, dedication and exceptional performance of StadiaCare’s employees who go above and beyond in fulfilling their job roles.
By celebrating its staff’s accomplishments, StadiaCare aims to enhance employee satisfaction and reinforce its commitment to excellence in the sports industry.
Highlighting the achievers
Among our latest and notable achievers is Fanta, who exemplified outstanding dedication and professionalism at The National Football Centre, St George’s Park.
Her commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have not gone unnoticed. In addition to receiving her certificate, she also received a pair of tickets to watch an England international courtesy of our client, The Football Association. This is a great example of a true partnership at work.

Colin, our hygiene manager at Nottingham Forest’s training ground, is also among our latest’ reward and recognition’ awardees. As well as recognising Colin’s contribution to our successful contract renewal, he received the award for receiving high audit scores over many months, consistently going above and beyond in a high-performance environment.
Another high achiever this year, and again, at St. George’s Park is StadiaCare’s Housekeeping Manager, Mandy.
Mandy has been recognised for her hard work and dedication in exceeding client expectations while managing and training the Stadiacare team to our KPIs.
The impact of reward and recognition
StadiaCare’s reward and recognition programme is more than just celebrating individual achievements. It’s about fostering a culture of excellence and motivation across the entire workforce.
“By acknowledging our employees’ hard work, we believe it helps ensure our staff feel valued and motivated to continue delivering the highest levels of service,” said Jason Charlesworth, Director of Operations at StadiaCare.
“Our employees are the key people of our business. Their dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in elite sports venues are what helps to set us apart from our competition.”
“We are incredibly proud of all our achievers and look forward to celebrating many more successes,” added Jason.
